About these terms

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use the JFT Esports website at jft.gg, including its contact form, newsletter subscription, articles, roster information, partner information, and links to JFT Esports communities.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Who may use the website

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under 18, you should use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

The website may be accessed from different countries. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply where you access it.

Search engines and ordinary link previews may access public pages. Other automated use must not overload, disrupt, or circumvent the website.

Website information

The website provides general information about JFT Esports, its rosters, partners, content, and activities. Rosters, player details, partnerships, event participation, schedules, results, opportunities, and other information may change.

We take reasonable care when publishing information, but we do not promise that every item will always be complete, current, or error-free. Nothing on the website is professional, financial, legal, employment, or betting advice.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, JFT Esports or its licensors own the website and its content, including the JFT name, logos, branding, text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, layouts, and software. All rights are reserved.

You may view the website and share links to its public pages. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission or a right provided by law.

Third-party game titles, publisher names, team names, player names, logos, trade marks, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless the website expressly says so.

Information you submit

You retain ownership of information you send through the contact form or by email. You give JFT Esports permission to receive, store, reproduce, and use that information only as reasonably necessary to assess and respond to your enquiry, manage the relationship, operate the website, comply with law, and keep appropriate records.

You confirm that information you submit is accurate, that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not infringe another person's rights or contain unlawful or malicious material. Do not send confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary and we have agreed to receive it.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an employment, sponsorship, partnership, agency, client, or other commercial relationship. Any such relationship must be confirmed in a separate agreement.

Newsletter and electronic communications

If you subscribe to the newsletter, you ask us to send updates to the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link or instructions in a message, or by emailing contact@jft.gg.

You remain responsible for keeping your contact details accurate. Service messages relating to an enquiry may still be sent where reasonably necessary to respond to you.

Third-party platforms and links

The website may link to Discord, X, partner websites, sponsor websites, and other third-party services. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy practices, content, and availability.

A link does not mean that JFT Esports controls or guarantees the third-party service. You use external services at your own discretion and should review their terms before using them. Community participation may also be subject to separate platform rules and JFT Esports community guidelines.

Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website. You are responsible for using reasonable security practices on your own device and network.

You must not test, scan, or exploit a vulnerability without our prior written permission. If you believe you have found a security issue, report it privately to contact@jft.gg and do not access, retain, or disclose data beyond what is necessary to make the report.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may prevent or restrict access where we reasonably believe a person has breached these terms, created a security risk, or used the website unlawfully.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

If JFT Esports separately offers goods or services to you, additional written terms may apply. Those additional terms will not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided on an "as available" basis. We exclude warranties and representations that are not expressly stated in these terms and that may lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, JFT Esports is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, inability to access it, reliance on general website information, or use of a third-party service. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to the loss that was reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach. You remain responsible for taking reasonable steps to minimise any loss.

Resolving concerns

If you have a concern about the website, contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent court orders or using rights available under applicable consumer or privacy law.
