The providers involved in the website's current data flows include:

• Resend, which delivers contact enquiries by email and stores newsletter subscriber email addresses in our audience;
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks contact submissions for automated or malicious activity using signals such as IP address, user agent, TLS information, site key, and site origin; and
• hosting, infrastructure, security, and professional service providers that may process information to support the website or JFT Esports.

We may also disclose relevant information to advisers, insurers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or a successor involved in a genuine restructure or transfer of the organisation, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Overseas processing

Some service providers process or store information in other countries. Resend states that it processes personal information in the United States. Cloudflare operates a global network, so Turnstile signals may be processed in the United States and other countries in which its network and service providers operate. Other infrastructure providers may process information in the locations configured for their services.

Privacy protections may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires it, we take reasonable steps to ensure service providers handle personal information consistently with our privacy obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not currently use optional advertising cookies or cross-site analytics on this website. The site and Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary browser storage, security tokens, cookies, or similar technologies to deliver and protect the service. Turnstile also evaluates browser and device signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from bots.

You can control cookies and site data through your browser settings, but blocking necessary technologies may prevent the contact form or parts of the website from working correctly.

Email communications

We send marketing or newsletter emails only where you have subscribed, otherwise consented, or where applicable law permits us to do so. Commercial messages will identify the sender and include a clear way to unsubscribe. We will process unsubscribe requests promptly.

Storage, security, and retention

Newsletter subscription information is generally retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Technical and security records are retained according to operational needs and provider settings.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it, unless we are required or permitted by law to keep it.

If a data breach occurs, we will assess and respond to it. Where notification laws apply, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may ask to access personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccurate or out-of-date information. You may also ask us to delete information where we are not required or permitted to retain it.

Children and young people

The website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before submitting personal information.
