Deymo and Tinka Make Their Mark at the 2024 FNCS Global Championship

The 2024 Fortnite Championship Series (FNCS) Global Championship, held in Fort Worth, Texas, brought together the best duos from across the globe. Among these elite players were Deymo and Tinka, both representing the Oceania region. Both players demonstrated commendable resilience and adaptability throughout the tournament, facing fierce competition from some of the world's top talent.

Deymo, paired with ResignZ, delivered a strong performance, finishing 33rd in the highly competitive field. The duo’s strategic play and communication were key factors in their success, allowing them to consistently place well in each game. Their ability to adapt to evolving in-game, particularly in the final circle situations, was crucial. Deymo and ResignZ also managed to secure crucial eliminations, which contributed significantly to their overall standing and earned them $12,000. Tinka, partnering with Danath, placed 50th overall. While their performance wasn’t as high as some might have hoped, they faced tough matches throughout the weekend. The $6,000 prize they earned is a reflection of their dedication and drive to improve. The FNCS Global Championship was filled with high-stakes action, drawing peak viewership of nearly 800,000—one of the most-watched Fortnite events to date​. While Peterbot and Pollo ultimately claimed the championship title and the $400,000 prize, Deymo and Tinka’s presence at the global championship showcases their determination and potential. Competing in such a prestigious event against the world’s top players, both Deymo and Tinka have cemented themselves as formidable players in the Oceania region.
