JFT Esports Qualifies for FNCS 2024 Global Championship

In an exhilarating display of skill and strategy, Tinka of JFT Esports emerged victorious at the Fortnite FNCS Major 2 Grand Finals, earning the coveted first-place position. This remarkable achievement not only brings Tinka a substantial prize of $16,000 USD but also secures his qualification for the FNCS 2024 Global Championship in Fort Worth, Texas, where he will compete for a share of the $2 million USD prize pool against the best players in the world.
 

The path to victory for Tinka and his fellow JFT Esports players was filled with intense competition. Phantom qualified from the Top 15 in Lower Bracket Finals Round 3, while Resignz, Spoctic, Sanjog, Deymo, and Minsu all secured their spots by finishing in the Top 25 in Upper Bracket Finals Round 3. Tinka, on the other hand, earned his place by winning in Upper Bracket Finals Round 1, setting the stage for his outstanding performance.

Day 1 of the Grand Finals saw Tinka taking an early lead, finishing in 1st place with 38 eliminations and one win. Minsu followed in 8th place with 14 eliminations, while Deymo and Sanjog tied for 3rd place with 27 eliminations and one win each. Resignz, Spoctic, and Phantom faced more challenges, ending the day in 39th, 21st, and 47th places, respectively, with fewer eliminations and no wins.
 

As the tournament progressed into Day 2, Tinka continued to demonstrate his prowess, finishing 6th on the day with 22 eliminations and another win. Minsu climbed to 3rd place with 10 eliminations and two wins, showing remarkable consistency. However, Deymo and Sanjog dropped to 32nd place despite their earlier success, each securing 16 eliminations with no additional wins. Resignz improved significantly, finishing 13th with 19 eliminations, while Spoctic and Phantom placed 21st and 37th, respectively.
 

The cumulative results from all 12 games underscored Tinka's dominance. He finished 1st overall with 60 eliminations, the highest of all participants, and two wins. Minsu secured 4th place with 24 eliminations and two wins, further highlighting his strong performance. Deymo and Sanjog both ended in 14th place with 43 eliminations and one win each, while Resignz, Spoctic, and Phantom rounded out the top participants with varying degrees of success.
 

Tinka's victory at the FNCS Major 2 Grand Finals not only earned him $16,000 USD but also solidified his status as a top competitor in the Fortnite scene. Minsu, Deymo, Sanjog, Resignz, Spoctic, and Phantom also earned prize money for their efforts, with Minsu taking home $4,000 USD, Deymo and Sanjog each winning $1,000 USD, and Resignz, Spoctic, and Phantom each receiving $200 USD.
